I am Yewande Olabumuyi, founder of YOFitness and Health. I am a wife and proud mom of an amazing daughter.  I  have always been passionate about health and fitness. As a child, exercise and sports played a huge role in my life. I learned how to be a team player, disciplined, confident and hardworking.  It has shaped the woman I have become today and that's why I am a strong believer in empowering kids, youths and adults to embrace and practice healthy living. My training method and yoga sequence is built around the unique abilities and goals of each one of my clients, with the aim of not only transforming bodies, but also enriching lifestyles.
